Packaging is good enough to keep this light from being damaged which is nice to know it will arrive in one piece. It also gives you plenty of choices with the included hardware for mounting it. Very easy to install. Took no more than a half hour to put one up. The programming takes a bit of thinking through to determine what mode you actually want to go with. Now all that being said the one big downside is the rated lumen it reports to put off. I highly doubt that this is 1k lumen at its brightest. I have a 1k lumen flashlight and I can shine that out and light up trees just fine over 10 acres away. This light you are lucky to light up an area of more than 20 feet effectively.Nice light, being solar greatly improved installment choices. The remote is great but the range is limited to around 20 feet.I like everything about this item except I don't know how to order the battery in the futureThis light is absolutely amazing! Have one over my pool and just purchased another for my barn!Seems like a functional and effective light. Alll I expected it to be.This light was super easy to install, however it just does NOT light up the space it claims. I cannot agree that it is 1000 lumens. Unfortunately due to this, I had to return it. I can tell you that the auto sim to full brightness when movement is detected is a great feature. The light is also more of a "daylight bright white" if that's what you're looking for.Works better than I anticipated! Is a bit bigger than expected, but it stays lit all night long. Have not had any problems. I would recommend this product!Best investment. Cost nothing because it’s solar. Lights up every time even on snow days. I live in Massachusetts
