I was pleased at the durable construction of this fixture. It has a nice finish and directs all the light downward. This certainly qualifies as a dark sky friendly lamp. Note that a standard A19 bulb is too large and will not fit. I used a GORGEOUS! They look amazing on the sides of our french doors.Perfect complement to our coach lights. These are truly beautiful, lightweight but well built. The light cutoff is great and Dark Sky compliant. Color is truly a dark bronze. Bulb size for this one is an A15, max 60W. Exactly what we were looking for.
