Arrived promptly but is obviously a returned item as the wire ends are all twisted as well as one of the top glass panels (curved panel) was lying in the bottom of the box. The glass panel is intact but will need to be glued in place. This matches others on front of our home so will keep it to use on the patio in back. We love these fixtures - they look far more expensive and show well on mixed colored red, tan, brown, gray bricks. Very hard to find one this large in this price range. Oh yes, easy to clean and change bulbs from bottom - no ladder. We have dimmers which when lowered look like candle light.
