The most important thing about this fan isn't the fan, which looks and works great, but the customer service that far exceeded my expectations. I ordered 2 of these fans and had them for quite some time before opening the boxes and installing. The motor housing on one of the fans was bent and the fan blades wouldn't turn. After contacting the company through Amazon they sent another fan which arrived in worse shape than the first one. It looked as though the box fell apart during transit and someone stuffed everything back in the box without the Styrofoam packaging, taped it up and shipped it on. After contacting the company again they shipped out another fan which arrived in good order.It's nice to know there are still companies out there who stand up and do the right thing to satisfy their customers and make things right.Still a little noise, had to rebuild one of the fan shells. Out of round, loose screws. Overall I would buy again for the style.Love the design! So far the fan is beautifully working.I ordered the fan and had it installed outside under a pergola. Had to go with a 4” downrod versus the 20” in the package, so plan accordingly if you need a different downrod. The led panel clip had the three pins bust from the board, but the manufacturer reached out for my review, I told him my issue and they sent me a replacement LED in 4 days (all the way from China) and it took me less than 10 mins to swap out. I love the look and the airflow of the dual fan and it was perfect for my needs. Customer service was spot on. Would buy from again.The fan is attractive up and mounted but the light doesn’t work. I had a professional electrician install it. He tried every thing imaginable to get it to work and said light simply must be broken and to request the part for it. I contacted support who said I’d have to return it to receive another one. I’ve already paid to install this one. And nite he had to come back bc this company canceled my fist delivery as undeliverable and sent it back with no explanation. I ordered another one, rescheduled electrician who installed it today only to learn the part won’t work. I hope they’ll send me the working light portion and I’ll send them the part back that is faulty but I’m not uninstalling a 84 inch fan I just spent 100 dollars to have installed.The dual fans, set at a slight angle, move the air around the large room very well, eliminating the need for an additional fan in the dining area.Issues with factory assemble required rework to insure alignment of fan motors. Power cord bushing out of position. No directions or ability to adapt hanging bracket for radial position of fan. Hanging tube had to be shortened with some difficulty. Correction for radial alignment could have beeen made in the hanging tube by radial position of drilled hole for connecting pin. Otherwise, after a lot of rework the hung fan looks and operates great.Does a great job cooling the room.
