We got out first one in 2020 to help light up the side of the house at night when we get home from work or leave early in the morning, and was able to light up the whole side of the house that wee needed and a little more than expected. Late last year and early this year I ordered two more for the other side of the house and in the front.Customer Support is a+. A panel on my Older one from 2020 went out, but the thing was so bright we didn't really notice that a small part of the side of the house wasn't being lit, until last week when we were taking our dog out on that side of the house and I looked up to the light and noticed that it was out. I couldn't find a replacement panel on amazon or their website, so I reached out to customer support to see if they have a replacement panel for sale somewhere and they ended up sending me a new one.Great product, and great customer support!This thing is ridiculously bright. I questioned if I’ve been watching Tool Time. It is heavy, that made it challenging to install while up on a ladder, but if I can do it, anyone can. I’m no electrician. It completely lights up my very large yard & driveway mounted on my garage peak.Very happy - very bright and exactly what we wanted to lighten the backyard deck.Great product, very bright, but some of the worst instructions for installation I have ever seen.The light was extremely easy to install and way brighter than i expected. I ordered one in November of 2020 and has worked great since then. Even after one light out of the 2 stopped working, customer service stepped up and outshines the light. I reached out to Stasun who actually sells the lights on Friday afternoon and before 8 A.M. Saturday I had already been contacted back by the support team. The team members name was Claire and was by far the most helpful customer service rep I have come across. Even now as I'm righting this review on a Tuesday I have recieved yet another email that my warranty replacement is on its way from with FedEx and should be here Thursday. Stasun and Claire have set the bar extremely high for customer service and care, which is something that is not done often enough since the pandemicI love the light ,it is used for my yard light and lights up everything I want for 900 ft easy and I adjusted it so it didnt shine directly into the house window ,we did have one of the lights go out but thanks toclaire_0709 they sent out a new one without any hassle,there support staff is great to work with .and I would buy another one .Thanks Claire.I really liked it and its so well made, I thought it would last many years.Less then one year of use 2 of the 3 lights quitUpdate I contacted the company directly and they were great. I explained that two of the lamps quit working and they quickly sent me a replacement at no cost. Clair was really good to work with.
